We’ve all heard the phrase or been offered the advice to “love yourself more,” but that can be easier said than done. By practicing self-love, you are appreciating your own well-being, worth, and happiness. Like building any muscle, loving yourself takes time and consistency, and it’s something you may have to revisit daily to strengthen. I know that there are days where I have to work a little harder or dig a little deeper to fully love myself. I hope this episode reminds you that self-love isn’t selfish and that prioritizing your self-worth is necessary and healthy.
