Episode 14: Welcome 2023: Not Your Typical New Year’s Resolutions, SMART Goals, and Season One Finale

Can you believe 2022 is almost over? Are you ready for 2023? I can’t wait to inevitably miswrite “2022” instead of “2023” in the new year. It always takes me a couple of months to get it right.

I discuss a popular topic in today’s episode: New Year’s resolutions. There have been years where I successfully completed my resolution, times that I didn’t even attempt to make one, and instances where I threw in the towel almost immediately. I’m sure that many of you can relate. 

With this episode, I’m excited to break down some resolution stats and research, share how you can actually accomplish your goal, and explore a variety of ideas to help you choose your 2023 resolution.
