Whether it’s behind their back or (preferably) to their face, we should try to share more of our positive thoughts and compliments. 🗣️ I share personal stories of moments when a simple compliment or comment seemingly shifted someone’s day (and/or confidence), and how being intentional about spreading kindness can create real change.
