Episode 44: Age is Just a number and season three finale

I know we’re not always thrilled about the additional candles on our birthday cakes, but it really is a privilege to age. In today’s episode, I highlight the many perks of getting older and wiser and share how we can be more at peace with our advancing years. The great news is that those who have a positive mindset about aging are healthier in many ways, and, on average, live longer. This episode will encourage you to stop condemning aging and start celebrating the many blessings of your golden years.
