episode 31: Breaking Up with Bad Body Image with Jenny Schatzle

I’m so excited to kick off this season’s first guest episode with Jenny Schatzle! I personally love following Jenny – her energy and passion are truly contagious! Jenny has been in the fitness industry for decades, and is the co-owner of Bond Fitness (previously the Jenny Schatzle Program). She’s a motivational speaker and author of the book, Breaking the Cycle: Free Yourself From the Story That’s Holding You Back. 

Jenny’s mission is to empower women by changing the conversation on body image and self-worth. She works to break the cycles of insecurity and negativity so that toxic behaviors aren’t passed down to the next generation. Jenny believes that we can change the habits that keep us stuck and move towards the life that we want and deserve.
