episode 16: holding space for harmony & reaching goals with coach china jones

In this episode, I speak with Mastery Method Certified Life, Leadership, and Business Coach, China Jones. For over a decade, China was a personal trainer and fitness instructor and previous co-owner of a health and fitness gym. Today, China helps women become more vibrant and aligned through her coaching. She believes in helping clients master their energy and mindset so that they’re capable of accomplishing big goals. China combines creative strategy with deeper inner work to get to the root to help clients make changes from the inside-out. She is passionate about helping high achievers create success without burnout so that they can maintain the energy to do the things they actually enjoy. China is also co-founder of the local empowerment brand, Women Who Warrior.

China is available for corporate coaching and workshops, speaking events, and 1:1 coaching. Currently, China splits her time between sunny Santa Barbara and Lake Tahoe with her husband, their toddler, and two baby cheetahs (aka ocicats). We discuss changing careers, creating harmony vs. balance, and acknowledging and breaking patterns that may be holding us back.
